  General Rules

  • Guests must be at least 21 years old to reserve a campsite or rental unit unless approved by management.
  • Campground speed limit is 5 MPH and is strictly enforced.
  • Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Only registered guests and approved visitors are permitted on campground property.
  • One vehicle is permitted at each campsite unless otherwise approved. Please let us know ahead of time if you need to bring an additional vehicle and we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.

  Firewood Policy

  • Outside firewood, lumber scraps, pallets, or untreated wood materials are prohibited.
    
    This policy helps protect our campground and local forests from invasive insects and tree diseases.
    
    Unauthorized firewood may be confiscated and subject to a disposal fee.

  Pet Policy

  • Well-behaved pets are always welcome at Brook n Wood Family Campground! We want every guest, including our four-legged campers, to enjoy a safe, relaxing, and fun camping experience.
    
    To help us remain a pet-friendly campground, we kindly ask that all guests follow these pet guidelines:
     
  • A current rabies certificate is required for all pets.
  • Pets must remain leashed at all times while on campground property.
  • Pets are not permitted in the swimming area.
  • Please clean up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste properly in dumpsters.
  • Pet waste bags and pet potty keychains are available in the Camp Store/Office.
  • Please be respectful of neighboring campsites and do not allow pets to approach or disturb other guests.
  • Pets should not be left unattended outside while you are away from your site.
  • Excessive barking must be kept to a minimum for the enjoyment of all campers.
  •  
    Pets are permitted only at campsites, campground roads, and designated pet areas.
    
    A fenced dog park area is available on the west side of the campground for your convenience.
    
    Guests who do not follow campground pet policies may receive a friendly reminder, be subject to additional fees, or, in rare cases, may be asked to remove their pet or leave the campground without refund.

  Weapons & Motorized Vehicles

  • Weapons, fireworks, ATVs, dirt bikes, motorized riding toys, and unapproved golf carts are prohibited within the campground.

  Pool Rules

  • Pool use is swim at your own risk.
     
  • No lifeguard is on duty.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Infants and toddlers must wear approved swim diapers.
  • All posted pool rules must be followed.

  Mail / Package Policy

  • Brook n Wood does not provide residential mail services.
    
    Packages may only be delivered when properly addressed with the guest’s name and campsite number.

  Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 10 or more days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus a $15 cancellation fee.
    
    Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
    
    As a one-time courtesy, guests may request to reschedule their reservation to a future date if the request is made within the 10-day window. Rescheduling must be approved by management.
    
    Once a reservation has been rescheduled, it is final and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
    
    All cancellation or change requests must be made by contacting the campground office.
    
    No refunds will be given for early departures, no-shows, weather conditions, or failure to follow campground policies.

  Failure to Follow Rules

  • Failure to follow campground rules or policies may result in warnings, removal from campground facilities, cancellation of reservations, or eviction from the campground without refund.
